Downtown Peterborough is getting more green spaces.
Yesterday GreenUp, along with the DBIA and Depave Paradise began making room for a new garden in the parking lot of Euphoria Wellness Spa on Water Street.
Downtown Vibrancy Coordinator Dawn Pond says spots like this can help during major rainfall.
The project saw just short of 20 volunteers digging up pavement for a garden to be added hopefully by the end of the month.
