A Peterborough man caught on video committing an act of fraud has been located.
Barry Brackett of Brock Street, Peterborough, was caught on camera committing an act of Fraud and Possessing Property Obtained by Crime on July 2nd.
Thursday night officers on foot patrol in the area of Hunter and Chambers Street located the male and made the arrest.
The 52-year old is facing numerous fraud and possession charges and will appear in court August 6th.
