Peterborough Police have charged a man after a vehicle was pulled from the Otonabee River on Wednesday.
Police say 35-year-old Ryan Gorton of Norwood has been charged with impaired driving, dangerous operation of a vehicle and assaulting a peace officer after an SUV he was allegedly driving went into the river at a boat launch near Crawford Drive and Monaghan Road.
The man was brought to hospital after being treated by paramedics.
