It was a longer break than usual for the Petes, opening up the weekend with a home date against the Flint Firebirds at the PMC on Saturday night.
While the Petes were relaxing, Flint travelled from Ottawa after falling to the 67’s in the shootout the night before.

The Petes, who were supposed to be off for the remainder of the weekend, will take on the Ice Dogs Sunday afternoon, in a make up game, after their matchup in December was postponed following the injury to goalie Tucker Tynan.
