A shooting in Omemee has led to the death of an 18 year old man, and two suspects from the Toronto area are in police custody.
City of Kawartha Lakes OPP say that the shooting took place at a home in the town, at around 1pm.
The victim was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. He has been identified as 18 year old Alexander Tobin.
Investigators were provided suspect descriptions, and were quickly arrested.
OPP are continuing to investigate, and say more information will be released as it becomes available.
They add that there is no connection to this incident, and another incident earlier in the day, that led to two schools being placed in a hold and secure.
