Peterborough Humane Society launched its ‘Fur the Love of Moms’ fundraising campaign.
The campaign aims to help provide care for the hundreds of orphan kittens and pregnant moms they take in annually.
In 2019, they took in over 150 kittens. The Humane Society hopes to raise $10,000 over ten days to continue to care for the kittens they’ll be taking in this year.
Despite being closed to the public, Peterborough Humane Society continues to take in stray, abandoned and emergency care animals on a daily basis.
