The Peterborough Marina’s season will be extended to Thanksgiving this year.
When the marina had its delayed opening in June because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was planning for a shortened season that would originally close on Labour Day in September.
Councillor Don Vassiliadis says the marina helps generate economic activity because a number of boaters shop at local businesses.
