The city’s west end will soon have a major new addition.
Construction is starting on a 13,000 square foot retail plaza at Parkhill Road West and Chandler Crescent. The property is a part of the new development of 550 homes subdivision and two four-story condominium buildings.
The plaza will also feature 15 apartments. City Councillor Lesley Parnell says additional housing inventory has never been more important and she is grateful those units were added to the design.
Excelsior Group is developing the property and as part of their recent announcement, $1000 cheques were donated to the Brock Mission and Cameron House.
