After a serious ATV crash this past weekend, local officials are reminding you to always be as safe as possible on local trails.
Peterborough County OPP Constable Joseph Ayotte says you should always double check your vehicle before going out.
He adds that knowing your limitations while on an ATV could be a difference maker.
Ayotte says you should always ride with someone, or at least tell someone where you’re going in case something happens.
