MP Ferreri stresses that being peaceful is a must for Ottawa-bound Freedom Convoy

Peterborough-Kawartha’s MP says she supports the fundamental right to protest – as long as it is done so peacefully.

Michelle Ferreri gave her thoughts on the Freedom Convoy that’s on its way to Ottawa to speak out against vaccine mandates.

Ferreri again stressed being peaceful is an absolute must.

Supporters of the convoy are scheduled to meet in Peterborough early tomorrow morning before heading down to Port Hope. A group of Peterborough supporters are expected to go to the 401 tomorrow morning, meeting at Crestwood Secondary School.
