More diploma-to-degree pathways have been established between Fleming and Trent.
Fleming students graduating from Fleming’s Fish and Wildlife Technician, Ecosystem Management Technician and Environmental Technician diploma programs will receive seven credits toward a 20-credit degree in Environmental and Resource Science from Trent University.
President Maureen Adamson says this new agreement will provide students the opportunity to benefit from both hands-on learning and theoretical teaching, preparing students for success in fields that are growing across Canada.
Additionally, eligible Fleming students enrolled in the Police Foundations program will receive five credits toward a 20-credit degree through enrolment in the Policing and Community Well-Being program at Trent University Durham Greater Toronto Area.
Earlier this year, the College announced Conservation Biology, Early Childhood Education, Ecosystem Management Technology, Environmental Technology, Fish and Wildlife Technology articulation agreements with Trent.
