Blue Rodeo is returning to one of its favorite haunts to close out 2022, performing in concert December 28th at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Tickets go on public sale October 20th at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the box office, online at www.memorialcentre.ca or by phone at 705-743-3561. Ticket prices range from $20 to $89.50.
Co-founded by Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor, Blue Rodeo performed its first show in February 1985. Over the years since, the band has sold more four million albums, won numerous Juno Awards and been named to the Order of Canada. Singles include Try, Hasn’t Hit Me Yet, 5 Days In May and Lost Together – a body of work that earned Blue Rodeo a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame in Toronto.
Joining Blue Rodeo for the Peterborough show will be the duo of Brooks and Bowskill – Brittany Brooks and Jimmy Bowskill, the former from Cobourg and the latter a native of Bailieboro who is also a member of The Sheepdogs.
