With Peterborough’s homelessness crisis having emerged as a major election issue, those experiencing homelessness can have a say on Election Day.
Those with no fixed address or no permanent housing can vote October 24th at a designated voting location in the ward they have slept in the most during the five weeks leading up to that date.
If proper identification is an issue, a municipal election staff person at the voting location will assist.
