The Warsaw Caves and Conservation Area is a hidden gem in the Township Douro-Dummer.
Formed during the ice age about thousands of years ago, Warsaw Caves features a network of seven caves, with some of them interconnecting underground.
If going into a cave doesn’t sound appealing to you though, not to worry, they offer an abundance of other activities that you can take part in.
One of the main attractions is their magnificent camping area, located in a beautiful wooded area with access to everything the park has to offer. The campsite includes washrooms, showers, laundry room, and a dish wash station.
If camping is not your thing, they also offer canoe and kayak rentals, an amazingly scenic hiking trail, dog walking, a picnic area, spots for swimming and fishing, as well as learning opportunities through their environmental education programs.
