
The past year on the local real estate front was “absolutely not the status quo.”
That’s the word from Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of Realtors president Karen Kidd, who says the “frenzy” of 2022’s early months gave way to a more challenging market. Kidd says, for realtors, that wasn’t a surprise.
