Ryan Elson has been with AAA Otonabee Appliances for just a year now but he’s already made a quite impression with both his employer and his customers.
Nominated for Rockstar Employee distinction by his boss Serena Heffernan, Elson is a service technician for the Selwyn-based company. He says just being nominated is special, adding it reaffirms the care the family-owned business shows for all of its employees.
Elson, who early on did double duty as a service technician and delivery person, is described by Heffernan as always having “a big smile on his face.” He says that’s a pretty accurate assessment.
Elson adds Heffernan’s nomination of him isn’t a surprise provides further proof of something he’s known and experienced since day one.
