In her nomination of Cindy Lester, Trent Valley Honda general manager Monika Carmichael praises the longtime employee as “a role model for her fellow teammates” who “goes the extra mile” for customers.
Assistant service manager at the Lansdowne Street West dealership, Lester will mark her 11th year there in February. She says while assisting customers is what motivates her each and every day, the work culture fostered at Trent Valley Honda is icing on the cake.
Lester says her previous work experience at her dad’s shop, Ken Lester’s Auto Repair, well prepared her for her success with Trent Valley Honda.
Lester adds the “role model” tag applied to her by Carmichael is important to her.
