Trent Lakes’ Municipal Council is now accepting proposals on the usage of the former Deer Bay Hall.
Originally built in 1898, the building was sold to the municipality in 1968 but has been vacant the past several years due to a need for renovations.
Recent interest led Council to begin accepting proposals from residents hoping to utilize the building.
Applicants must provide a comprehensive usage proposal accompanied by a formal delegation to Council.
Only applications that follow the proper process will be considered.
Proposals must be submitted by October 20th- presentations to Council will take place on November 8th.
