It was a big year for the Peterborough Petes and their 50/50 draws.
The organization has announced a final total of $271,843 was raised during the season, with all funds raised are in support of the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council.
The money will be used for things such as ice rentals, funding for players in need of financial support, and player development technology and equipment to further educate their coaches.
Additionally, the P-M-H-C will continue to share proceeds with other community groups such as Kawartha Food Share and the Petes Pink in the Rink Campaign.
