Parkinson’s Cases Skyrocketing in Canada, Ambassador Calls for Awareness

Cases of Parkinsons are on the rise in Canada.

Parkinsons Canada Ambassador Caroline Thornton says numbers are skyrocketing.

Thornton says, unfortunately, Parkinson’s will get worse and not better, adding that a person’s health could deteriorate dramatically if they wait on diagnosis.

She says the fight is still on for a cure.

Parkinsons SuperWalks are coming in September to raise awareness for the disease.
