The road to full recovery is still long, but the family of a PRHC injured in a car crash earlier this month has given a positive update.
Rick Elliott, the father of Cori Elliott, says his daughter has fully opened her eyes and is responding questions posed by health officials.
Elliott was in a coma for more than a week after being involved in a vehicle rollover on the 115 near The Parkway on August 9th.
A GoFundMe page set-up to support her family has raised more than 17-thousand dollars.
