Allison Daley’s coaching journey began over a decade again, when she was named the Assistant Coach at her alma mater, Canisius College.
From there, the Peterborough native and 2010 Defensive Player of the Year went on to have assistant coaching roles at Birmingham University and Delaware, where she is contributing significantly to both programs, mentoring and honing the skills of numerous all-conference honorees and contributing to the team’s impressive defensive records.
She was appointed as the head coach at Canisius prior to the 2018 season, where her leadership was instrumental in guiding the team to a 6-2 MAAC record and securing their eighth consecutive appearance in the conference title game during her inaugural season.
Most recently, she was an assistant coach for the 2022 Senior Women’s National Team that captured silver in Towson, Maryland.
