Haley, a 2005-born defenceman, was selected by the Steelheads in the first round, 13th overall, in the 2022 OHL U18 Priority Selection. Through 21 OHL games, He has registered two assists. Last season, Haley featured in 46 games for the Pickering Panthers of the OJHL, scoring once and adding 13 assists for 14 points.
