After a big win in Kingston Friday night, the Petes were back on home ice on Family Day Monday to face the Kitchener Rangers, looking to make it two wins in a row.
The Petes went into the game, just one point up on the Ice Dogs for 9th and 5 points back of Barrie for a playoff berth in the Eastern Conference while the Rangers who have a comfy lead in the top four of the Western Conference were looking for two points to keep pace with the Greyhounds in third.
