
Another fire took place in the city early this morning, as Peterborough Fire Services responded to a report of a fully involved structure fire on Clonsilla Avenue at 2:15 a.m.
On arrival, crews performed a defensive attack from the exterior and into the roof of the structure before entering for an interior attack as well.
Damage was contained to the original structure, with a nearby vehicle receiving heat damage.
The Peterborough Fire Prevention Division is investigating the cause, which remains undetermined.
No injuries were reported. Damage is estimated at around $300,000.
