Doak’s journey with PHC began in 2019 when he joined the Board of Directors. He later transitioned to an in-house role on March 22, 2021, as Director of Operations. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in overseeing strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives related to resident and building management services for both the city and county’s housing portfolios.
Before his time at PHC, he held several leadership roles at Sir Sandford Fleming College, including Director of Housing, Food, and Student Conduct. Doak holds post-secondary credentials in Human Services and Social Work from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology and has pursued further education at Athabasca University.
In his new role as CEO, Doak will oversee all aspects of PHC, aiming to drive the organization’s mission forward and enhance its community impact.
