The best way to find out is by attending the Peterborough Fall Coin Show where your currency will be evaluated.
Set for November 16th, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Westdale United Church on Sherbrooke Street West, the show is again being hosted by the Peterborough Numismatic Society. Along with displays and exhibits of coin and bill material, 12 dealers will also be on hand.
Show chair Nigel Mackey says there’s something for all collectors, from novices to those of the longtime variety.
