An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was hit at George and Lansdowne.
According to Peterborough Police, a woman was struck on Tuesday morning and she had to be airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre. The extent of her injuries is unknown.
The Traffic Reconstruction Unit is on scene and motorists can expect to see police presence in the area for the next 2-3 hours.
