A 27-year-old man was arrested Friday morning after trying to use stolen cards to pay for items at Lansdowne Place.
Police were called to the mall just after 11am about a man attempting to make purchases with cards that were not in his name. Officers located the suspect at a kiosk, where he was taken into custody. A search revealed several cards not belonging to the man and 20.8 grams of fentanyl.
He has been charged with fraud under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking.
