It was the final game of a short week for the Petes on Friday when they boarded the bus for Ottawa to face the 67’s.
This would mark the 2nd time these two teams would meet this season, with both games in the Nation’s Capital and kicked off a home and home against the 67’s.
The last time out, the Petes opened up the scoring in the first period but would relinquish the lead as the game progressed.
