The Miskin Law Community Complex will officially open its doors on January 15th, with a celebration inviting the public to explore its new facilities.
The grand opening ceremony will take place at 1pm, followed by a ribbon cutting and a series of community-focused activities.
Highlights of the day include guided tours from 1:30pm to 2pm, free public skating during the Mayor’s Skate from 2pm to 3pm, and a free yoga class from 6pm to 7pm. The evening will also feature a community skate from 6pm to 8pm, sponsored by Miskin Law.
The new complex offers a range of amenities, including multi-purpose spaces, an indoor walking track, and a twin-pad arena.
A new Peterborough Public Library branch will also be part of the facility, with its official opening scheduled for a later date.
