Trent University has named a new Dean of Science.
Dr. Sarah West, who was serving as dean on an interim basis, will oversee the strategic growth of Trent’s Faculty of Science at Trent while fostering partnerships and supporting research innovation.
Dr. West joined Trent University in 2015 and has since served in numerous academic leadership roles, including associate dean of science and director of the kinesiology program. Her research has focused on physical activity and health in special populations, and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
