
Following a resounding victory in the race to become the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, Mark Carney has had a busy stretch on Parliament Hill as the transition is underway.
Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of Canada, received almost 86 per cent of the leadership vote on Sunday to succeed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
In an interview with PTBOTODAY.ca, Peterborough-Kawartha MP Michelle Ferreri was critical of both the timing and process itself.
