Peterborough’s outdoor skating season is wrapping up as the rink at Quaker Foods City Square closes for the season tomorrow.
The outdoor rink will open at 10am for one final skate, and while it’s scheduled to remain open until 10pm, it may close early due to weather.
As the ice melts away, the downtown space will transition into a community hub for events throughout the spring and summer. The Peterborough Regional Farmers’ Market will return to the square on May 1, running Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm until October 30.
