As crews continue to deal with the fallout from this weekend’s major ice storm – the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board is closing its schools to start the week.
In a statement, officials said:
“As a result of the extreme ice storm and ongoing wide-spread power outages across the district all KPR schools, childcare centres, buildings, and worksites, including Education Centres, are CLOSED Monday, March 31 to students and staff.”
