Peterborough residents will have to wait another week for their chance to weigh in on proposed upgrades to Riverside Park and East City Bowl.
A public information session originally set for tonight has been rescheduled to April 10 due to ongoing power outages. The meeting will now take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Peterborough Lions Centre on Burnham Street.
The city is seeking feedback on planned improvements to the ball diamonds, including upgrades to fencing, lighting, irrigation, the bullpen, batting cage, and scorekeepers’ tower. City staff will be on hand to answer questions and gather input from the community.
Those unable to attend can provide feedback through an online survey at connectptbo.ca/riverside or pick up a hard copy at City Hall. The deadline for submissions has been extended to April 18 at 11:59 p.m.
For more information, residents can call 705-742-7777 ext. 1829.
