‘Bigger and better’: Thousands stopped by to check out PTBO Home, Garden and Cottage Show

The 2025 PTBO Home, Garden and Cottage promised to be ‘bigger and better’ and there is no doubt it lived up to the billing.

The event, hosted by Oldies 96.7/FREQ 90.5 and presented by Forest Hill Real Estate, TK and Co Peterborough, welcomed people to Healthy Planet Arena on Saturday and Sunday.

There were more than 200 vendors including Oakridge Excavating and Septic Systems. Harper was at the booth and tells PTBOTODAY.ca it has been a busy time for the company.

‘Shop the Lake’ was also in attendance. Denise says anyone looking to do some cool stuff to their property can give them a call.

Wade Hamblin with RE/MAX Hallmark Eastern Realty Inc., Brokerage was back for a second year at the show. He tells PTBOTODAY.ca. that while it has been quiet on the market during the federal election campaign, that shouldn’t last long.

Organizer Jef Dueck estimates more than 10,000 people checked out the show in total.
