Kawartha Lakes OPP has a new man at the helm.
Inspector Robert Flindall has been named detachment commander, replacing recently retired inspector Tim Tatchell.
Having started his policing career in 1998 in South Porcupine, Inspector Flindall had subsequent postings in Burk’s Falls, Peterborough County and Kawartha Lakes before serving as detachment commander in Haliburton and as interim commander of the Central Region OPP based out of Orillia.
