Communication with nervous investors the best medicine as stock market decline continues, says local financial advisor

As the Trump administration’s levying of tariffs continues to wreak havoc on stock markets, a Peterborough financial advisor says his chats with clients are based more around reassurance.

Curtis Hayes of Edward Jones says while he’s hearing from clients that are worried about impact on their investments, communication with them has helped ease their discomfort.

Hayes’ best advice at this point is stay the course.

Hayes says while communication between him and his clients is “huge” at all times, it’s particularly important now.
