Parks Canada will close the Parkhill Road swing bridge on Sunday for annual spring maintenance.
The closure will last from 6 a.m. to noon, with all traffic barred from crossing during that time, and detour routes clearly marked.
The Maria Street bridge underwent similar maintenance last weekend, with work being part of Parks Canada’s seasonal maintenance program in Peterborough.
Parks Canada and the City of Peterborough thank residents for their patience while this important work takes place.
