A 23-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges following a reported indecent act along the Rotary Greenway Trail.
Police say they were called around 1:15 p.m. on April 18th to the area between Parkhill Road and the London Street bridge, where a woman reported that a man had followed her and exposed himself.
Officers, including K9 unit Gryphon, searched the area and located a suspect matching the description provided.
As a result, the man was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act in a public place. He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on May 27.
