THE FINAL PUSH: Conservative incumbent confident Canadians want a change in government

With the federal election just days away, Peterborough’s incumbent Conservative candidate plans to meet as many voters face-to-face as she can.

Michelle Ferreri says for all the means of communicating her message, and that of party leader Pierre Poilievre, there’s no substitute for personal encounters with those from whom she’s seeking support.

With advance polling numbers way up, Ferreri says that tells us all we need to know about how important this election is.

Ferreri is feeling confident that Peterborough voters will return her to Ottawa.

Ferreri adds her campaign volunteers deserve full marks, marveling over their putting aside time and other commitments for a cause they believe in.
