A 25-year-old Township of Cavan-Monaghan man is dead after a single-vehicle collision.
Peterborough Police Service officers were called around 4:15 a.m. on April 27th to Sherbrooke Street West, just east of Highway 7, where a damaged vehicle was found in a ditch.
Officers began lifesaving measures at the scene, but the man was pronounced dead.
The Peterborough Police Service Reconstruction Unit was called in and the road was closed for about seven hours for the investigation.
