Peterborough Police says over 5000 drivers were stopped during the annual Festive RIDE campaign during the holidays.
Of those, 355 roadside tests were given by officers resulting in 4 fails, 14 warnings and 19 charges.
Police remind residents that RIDE programs will continue at random throughout 2021, and encourage everyone to find a safe way home if you’ve consumed alcohol or cannabis.
