Third quarter payments have been sent to the City of Peterborough and Cavan-Monaghan from OLG for hosting sites.
Peterborough will see almost $580,000 for hosting Shorelines Casino, bringing the total since October 2018 to over $6-million.
Meantime, $91,000 has been sent to Cavan-Monaghan for the third quarter of 2021, bringing the total since Kawartha Downs opened in 1999 to almost $61-million.
The payments are based on a formula consistently applied across all sites in Ontario that is based on a scale of gaming revenue.
