There are several power outages in the area thanks to a large stormsystem sweeping through Ontario.
Because of this, traffic lights in the region are out. If you approach an intersection with no traffic lights working, or ones with flashing red lights, you’re reminded to treat it as a four way stop.
You’re also being warned of debris like tree branches and garbage bins that may have been blown onto the road, and are urged to slow down when visibility is poor.
We’ll provide an estimated time of power restoration from Hydro One when it’s available.
