Most of Peterborough is still without power.
Hydro One reports significant outages connected to the big storm system that went through the area on Saturday afternoon and that some areas might not have power for days.
Early estimates are that hundreds of trees were downed by the storm, often taking with them power lines. Residents are urged to stay away from downed power lines, as they are extremely dangerous.
