Ontario Provincial Police have charged three more people in connection to the 2020 murder of Alexander Tobin in Omemee.
Police say 21-year-old Dawson Tullock has been charged with accessory after the fact, while 76-year-old Oswald Brown and 31-year-old Jordan Brown of Ajax have both been charged with two counts of failing to comply with release conditions.
Tullock has held in custody, while Brown and Brown were both released on a condition to appear in court. All three will appear next on June 23rd.
Tobin was shot and killed in February 2020 at an apartment on King Street in Omemee. Last month, police released suspect description and video evidence in hopes of finding suspects.
