Peterborough Musicfest has announced most of its lineup for the 2022 concert series.
Some of the names include The Spoons, Gowan, The Sam Roberts Band and The Strumbellas. Board Chair Paul Rellinger says as usual, Musicfest is bringing high quality music, with lots of selection in genres.
Now in it’s 35th year, Musicfest will continue to be free at Del Crary Park as it has been since its inception in the 1980s. Rellinger says this is important to them to be as inclusive as possible.

This is the first year the festival will be held at Del Crary Park since 2019, as the 2020 and 2021 festivals were altered because of the COVID-19 pandemic. During those years, Musicfest hosted The Reklaws at Showplace Performance Centre, The Sam Roberts Band at the Peterborough Memorial Centre Drive-In, and Serena Ryder at Market Hall.
