Black History Month in Peterborough is being marked in a significant way with a number of events presented at various locations.

Later this month, on February 25th, the Kawartha Land Trust will host a hike titled Reflecting On Black Excellence In Conversation at the Dance Nature Sancutary off Preston Road north of Lakefield. Full details can be found at www.kawarthalandtrust.org
And BLM Nogojiwanong will host its annual Black History Month Blow-Out on February 26th, featuring a number of local performers. More details will be forthcoming on the group’s Instagram feed.
